Im1 Ticketing System
Over the years we've built and used a lot of servers and for various reasons there are even a few of our original servers still in use today. Some of the accounts on these olders servers use our own control panels or a different third party control panel than our standard H-Sphere and CP+ control panels.
We no longer deploy new accounts on these older servers so we do not publish links to the control panels. If you have an account on one of our older servers, you may want to switch to our H-Sphere hosting platform or if you need support on your current account open a Support Ticket. Note: if you have a H-Sphere based account please do not use this system- please use the Support Center inside the CP.
You may browse the old Im1.net Support Site site to find publicly available articles on web hosting, servers, and Shopping Carts. Please be aware the most up-to-date hosting information is located in the Control Panel Knowledge Base. When logged in to the H-Sphere hosting control panel, choose Support Center--> create a ticket. Prior to submitting the ticket you should be presented with context sensitive articles which may answer your question for you. If you do not find a suitable article simply submit the question and our team will follow up shortly.
