Which plan you choose depends on the goals you have for your web site. As a general rule, you (or your web designer) should first decide which platform to build upon- UNIX or Windows. They're both good choices- Choose Windows if you intend to use an Access database or Active Server Pages. Choose UNIX if you want support for standard web pages with PHP, Perl, FrontPage, and MySQL databases.
After choosing your platform, the next choice is set by your needs for storage space, data transfer, and possibly support for SSL. If you need SSL support or a dedicated IP address, choose the Corporate plans. If you have a average sized site, choose the Budget plans- you can always upgrade to more resources at any time.
